EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 34.
Executive Order Numbered Thirty-five, series of nineteen hundred and six, as amended by Executive Orders Numbered Fourteen, series of nineteen hundred and seven, Forty-eight, series of nineteen hundred and eight, and Fifty, series of nineteen hundred and ten, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"The Supervising Railway Expert, the Insular Collector of Customs, and H. L. Heath, esq., are hereby designated members of the tribunal created by article fifty-one of the contracts for the development of interisland transportation, authorized under Act Numbered Twenty-one hundred and eighteen, with authority to determine questions arising concerning the interpretation and fulfillment of said contracts, in the manner and to the extent specified in said article fifty-one of said contracts.
"The first above named official shall be chairman of the said tribunal."
